Siamo contenti che sei interessato/a a partecipare all’OVER1000 che si terrà al prossimo Sweat and Dust Country Festival di Roma.
Si tratterà di un’esibizione sulla coreografia “ONE” creata appositamente per l’evento da Adriano Castagnoli, Stefano Civa ed Isabella Ghinolfi che avrà luogo sabato 1° giugno 2024 intorno alle ore 21. 00.
TERMINI DI ISCRIZIONE
L’iscrizione all’OVER1000 potrà essere effettuata dal 1 marzo 2024 al 26 maggio 2024 o fino al raggiungimento del numero massimo di partecipanti che è fissato per motivi di sicurezza a 1100.
MODALITÀ DI ISCRIZIONE
Per iscrirverti ti basterà compilare il modulo di iscrizione.
Successivamente riceverai le istruzioni per entrare in pista e le posizioni assegnate.
ABBIGLIAMENTO.
Ogni ballerino che desidera partecipare alla performance dovrà acquistare, al costo di 15€, la maglietta appositamente creata per l’evento e potrà farlo solo al momento della sua effettiva partecipazione.
Si tratta di un modello UNISEX con taglie che vanno dalla XS alla XXL, progettato per adattarsi a una vasta gamma di persone indipendentemente dalla corporatura. Per trovare la taglia adatta a te, consulta la tabella qui sotto.
Se desideri garantirti la taglia che hai scelto, è consigliabile acquistarla in prevendita; in alternativa, potrai farlo direttamente al Festival, ma non possiamo garantire che troverai l’assortimento completo.
Il resto dell’abbigliamento dovrà essere adatto a un evento country, quindi jeans, stivali e cappello (il colore è a tua scelta).
ACQUISTO E RITIRO DELLA MAGLIETTA IN PREVENDITA:
La maglietta dell’esibizione potrà essere acquistata in prevendita entro e non oltre il 10 maggio 2024.
Potrai ritirarla presso l’apposito STAND allo Sweat and Dust Country Festival di Roma da venerdì 31 maggio o presso il Salone del Cavallo Americano di Cremona il 25 e 26 maggio 2024.
Per iscrizioni di gruppo il ritiro potrà essere effettuato esclusivamente dal capogruppo.

We are glad that you are interested in participating in the OVER1000 event, which will take place at the upcoming Sweat and Dust Country Festival in Rome. It will be a performance based on the choreography “ONE” specially created for the event by Adriano Castagnoli, Stefano Civa, and Isabella Ghinolfi, which will take place on Saturday, June 1, 2024, around 9:00 PM.
REGISTRATION TERMS
Registration for OVER1000 can be done from March 1, 2024, to May 26, 2024, or until the maximum number of participants is reached, which is set for safety reasons at 1100.
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE
To register, simply fill out the registration form.
You will receive instructions on how to enter the track and your assigned positions shortly.
CLOTHING.
Every dancer wishing to participate in the performance must purchase, for €15, the t-shirt specially created for the event. They can only do so at the time of their actual participation.
It is a UNISEX model with sizes ranging from XS to XXL, designed to fit a wide range of people regardless of body type. Please refer to the chart below to find the size that fits you.
If you wish to ensure you get the size you have chosen, it is advisable to purchase it in advance; alternatively, you can do so directly at the Festival, but we cannot guarantee that you will find the complete range.
The rest of the attire should be suitable for a country event, so jeans, boots, and a hat (color is your choice).
HOW TO PURCHASE THE T-SHIRT:
The event t-shirt can be purchased in advance until May 10, 2024.
HOW TO COLLECT T-SHIRTS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE:
You can collect it at the designated STAND at the Sweat and Dust Country Festival in Rome starting from Friday, May 31st, or at the American Horse Salon in Cremona on May 25th and 26th, 2024.
For group registrations, the pickup can only be done by the group leader.

Nous sommes heureux que vous soyez intéressé(e) à participer à l’OVER1000 qui se tiendra lors du prochain Sweat and Dust Country Festival à Rome. Il s’agira d’une représentation basée sur la chorégraphie “ONE“, spécialement créée pour l’événement par Adriano Castagnoli, Stefano Civa et Isabella Ghinolfi, qui aura lieu le samedi 1er juin 2024, vers 21h00.
CONDITIONS D’INSCRIPTION
L’inscription à l’OVER1000 peut être effectuée du 1er mars 2024 au 26 mai 2024 ou jusqu’à ce que le nombre maximum de participants soit atteint, fixé à 1100 pour des raisons de sécurité.
PROCÉDURE D’INSCRIPTION
Pour vous inscrire, il vous suffit de remplir le formulaire d’inscription.
Vous recevrez bientôt des instructions pour accéder à la piste et vos positions attribuées.
VÊTEMENTS.
Chaque danseur désirant participer à la performance devra acheter, au prix de 15€, le t-shirt spécialement créé pour l’événement et ne pourra le faire qu’au moment de sa participation effective.
Il s’agit d’un modèle UNISEXE avec des tailles allant de XS à XXL, conçu pour s’adapter à un large éventail de personnes indépendamment de leur morphologie. Pour trouver la taille qui vous convient, veuillez vous référer au tableau ci-dessus.
Si vous souhaitez vous assurer d’obtenir la taille que vous avez choisie, il est conseillé de l’acheter à l’avance ; sinon, vous pouvez le faire directement au Festival, mais nous ne pouvons garantir que vous trouverez la gamme complète.
Le reste de la tenue doit être adapté à un événement country, donc jeans, bottes et chapeau (la couleur est à votre choix).

COMMENT RÉCUPÉRER LES T-SHIRTS ACHETÉS EN PRÉ-VENTE :
Vous pourrez le retirer au STAND désigné lors du Sweat and Dust Country Festival à Rome à partir du vendredi 31 mai, ou au Salon du Cheval Américain à Crémone les 25 et 26 mai 2024. Pour les inscriptions de groupe, le retrait ne pourra être effectué que par le chef de groupe.

ROPA.
Cada bailarín que desee participar en la actuación deberá comprar, a un costo de 15€, la camiseta creada especialmente para el evento y solo podrá hacerlo en el momento de su participación efectiva.
Se trata de un modelo UNISEX con tallas que van desde la XS hasta la XXL, diseñado para adaptarse a una amplia gama de personas independientemente de su constitución corporal. Para encontrar la talla que te corresponde, consulta la tabla abajo.
Si deseas asegurarte de obtener la talla que has elegido, es recomendable comprarla con antelación; de lo contrario, puedes hacerlo directamente en el Festival, pero no podemos garantizar que encuentres la gama completa.
El resto del atuendo debe ser adecuado para un evento country, así que jeans, botas y sombrero (el color es a tu elección).
MÉTODO DE COMPRA DE LA CAMISETA:
La camiseta del evento se podrá comprar en preventa hasta el 10 de mayo de 2024.
CÓMO RECOGER LAS CAMISETAS COMPRADAS EN PREVENTA:
Podrás recogerla en el STAND designado en el Sweat and Dust Country Festival en Roma a partir del viernes 31 de mayo, o en el Salón del Caballo Americano en Cremona los días 25 y 26 de mayo de 2024. Para inscripciones de grupo, la recogida solo podrá ser realizada por el líder del grupo.
